No Show Policy
Your appointment time is being kept
especially for you. Missing appointments with no
notice may result in your being asked to seek care
elsewhere. Cancellations 24 hours in advance are
appreciated
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at the time of
service. Delinquency greater than 30 days may result
in your being asked to seek care elsewhere.
Electronic
Records/Labs
Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are
established for all current and new patients. Lab
results are downloaded into the EMRs, so your chart
will be completely electronic. This allows our staff to scan for specific information during your
visit and do a quick comparison of trends in your
treatment for on-going conditions.
Email Policy
Email is not a secure medium. If you
choose to send confidential information over email,
your are doing so at your own risk. Additionally,
email is not to be used for urgent issues. For
emergencies please contact our office via phone.
Summer Hours
Please note that during the summer
months our offices are closed on Fridays.
